Does your child need to see a specialist? 

Many insurance plans require a referral from your child’s primary care provider (PCP) before scheduling an appointment with a specialist. Generally speaking, any medical problem that requires specialty care should be discussed with your child’s PCP who can help determine the best specialist for your situation. 

If your child has specialist needs, call our office at 508-679-6833 to schedule an appointment with your child's PCP to discuss your concerns, have a complete examination and make a plan for specialty care.

Our referral team will then work with your insurance company to help make sure your child sees the right specialist in a timely manner.

 

Does your child already see a specialist? 

Your insurance company may require another referral to your child's present specialist, in which case just send a request through the Patient Portal and a member of our referral team will process your request.
