Appointments fall into two general categories-Medical and Behavioral Health

  • Medical
  • Well-Care Visits
  • Regular check-ups or routine well-care visits.
  • By appointment scheduled during regular business hours
  • Can schedule by phone or by the Message Section on the website Home Page
  • Sick/Urgent Visits
  • Examples are earaches, fever, leg pain
  • By appointment scheduled during regular business hours
  • Must schedule by phone only
  • Walk-In Visits (Currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic)
  • For specific, minor medical problems (sore throat, earache, etc)
  • No appointment necessary
  • Limited hours
  • Medical and Behavioral Health
  • Problem Visits-by appointment scheduled during regular business hours
  • Initial (e.g., evaluation for asthma, headaches, eczema, ADHD, depression)
  • Follow-up (e.g., checking condition after initiating treatment)
  • Virtual (Telemed) Visits
  • By smart phone, tablet, or computer
  • For select problems
  • By appointment scheduled during regular business hours
