For new patients wanting to transferring into Highland Pediatrics please complete a Medical Release form. In order for us to receive the records from your previous physician.

To help us maintain our exceptional level of care for our patients, Highland Pediatrics will temporarily be limiting our acceptance of new patients to newborns and siblings of current patients only.
We hope to resume accepting transfer patients as soon as possible. We sincerely are humbled by your interest in joining our Highland Pediatrics family.
