Interview with Dr. Carag

Q. What advice do you have for new parents? 

Dr. Carag: 

• Live in the moment and be as present as you can-they'll grow up before you know it! 
• Ask a lot of questions about your child and answer all of theirs. Learning is a lifelong process. 
• Schedule some 'me time'... for you and your childs well- being. 

Q. What did you want to be when you grew up? 

Dr. Carag: A drummer, then a doctor who plays the drums, and finally a pediatrician wo plays the drums! 

Q. Who is your favorite superhero and why? 

Dr. Carag: Spiderman. He's a regualr, unassuming person who gains superpowers and uses them for good, yet still leads a normal life. It's a great message that we can all be superheros in our own right. 

Q. What is something on your bucket list? 

Dr. Carag:Learn a second language.
