Veronica Bernardo MD

Dr Bernardo joined the Highland Pediatrics in July of 2015

Education & Professional Commitments: Providence College, New York Medical College, Hasbro Children’s Hospital. Veronica is a certified lactation counselor. 

Life Beyond the Office: Dr Bernardo enjoys spending time with family, reading, and cooking.

Q. What did you want to be when you grew up? 

Dr. Bernardo: I always wanted to be a doctor.

Q. What advice do you have for new parents? 

Dr. Bernardo: Don't be afraid to ask questions- we are here for you and your family.

Q. What is something on your bucket list? 

Dr. Bernardo: Visit Yellowstone National Park.

Q. What is your favorite ice cream flavor? 

Dr. Bernardo: Mint chocolate chip.

Q. Who is your favorite Superhero and why? 

Dr. Bernardo: I'm not much of a superhero person, but if I had to pick, it would be Nightcrawler because he can teleport.
